Today I received a call from Takeda to say that the higher management has finally approved the proposal I presented a couple of weeks ago for Qdenga vaccine and quotation has been signed to proceed asap to work on this account and deliverables in time for MPA Congress in end Sept.
It’s been more than a year and a half spent knocking on their door before today’s news came about.
Rightfully, I ought to be ecstatic. And proud that I preservered and never gave up trying despite the many initial rejections citing “budget constraints”.
But the path I’ve chosen to undertake makes these worldly stuff, highly insignificant and immaterial.
